| Internal chamber,
double walls and doors comply with the ASME code, and
are completely made of type 316 L stainless steel. The
inner surfaces in contact with gas are sanitary polished.
The chamber is thermally insulated. |

Depending
on the model, sliding doors can be vertical or horizontal.
They close airtight by means of a pressurized silicone
seal inserted in the autoclave.
Sterilizers can be single or double door. Double door
equipment is fitted with safety systems which prevent

| The equipment
is fitted with a microprocessed control with Touch Screen
panel. It is user friendly making it possible to visualize
and control all functions from a single screen. It can
store 99 cycles, completely programmable by means of a
password, ensuring absolute security in the operation.
It has a parallel alarm program which verifies the process
parameters. |

| It can store
up to 99 cycles in its memory. There are seven programs
with direct access for those cycles more frequently used.
All cycles may be modified according to the requirements
of the processes to perform. |

| Before starting
a cycle, the operator may enter the data of the product
to be sterilized so that they are printed in the cycle
graphic record, enabling the correct traceability of the
product. |

| Sterilizers
are anti-explosion in case ethylene oxide is used. Equipment
complies with safety norms to avoid an explosion. |

| An alphanumerical
printer records all cycle stages and variables. All the
information needed to ensure the correct fulfillment of

| Loading
system consisting of internal and external carts for loading
and carrying the materials to be sterilized in the autoclave.
The internal cart is made of type 316 stainless steel
with lateral runners for trays carrying materials, adjustable
in height, and lower wheels made of type 316 stainless
steel. The external cart is made of type 304 stainless
steel, with four tyred wheels, two fixed and two spinning.
It is fitted with upper rails made of type 304 stainless
steel with leveling and fixing screws. |

| It neutralizes
ethylene oxide at the outlet of the equipment after degasification.
It is installed at the effluent outlet and it operates
by means of hydrolysis in an acidified water flow. |

| Weight system
for ethylene oxide tubes which enables gas dosage for
each cycle and control of gas excessive consumption or
leak. The system records the initial and final weight
of the tube after each cycle. It consists of two scales.
When one tube runs out of ethylene oxide, it automatically
switches to the other without stopping the cycle. The
system prevents the beginning of the cycle if the amount
of ethylene oxide is not enough for the sterilization
process. |
