| Internal chamber
and doors comply with the ASME code, and are completely
made of type 316 L stainless steel. The chamber is thermally
insulated. |

Depending
on the model, sliding doors can be vertical or horizontal.
They close airtight by means of a pressurized silicone
seal inserted in the autoclave.
Sterilizers can be single or double door. Double door
equipment is fitted with safety systems which prevent
both doors from opening simultaneously. |

The equipment
is fitted with a microprocessed control with Touch Screen
panel. It can store 99 cycles, completely programmable
by means of a password, ensuring absolute security in
the operation. It is possible to work at a temperature
which may be adjusted grade by grade between 100°C
and 121°C.
It has a parallel alarm program which verifies the process
parameters. |

| The sterilizers
work with a system of over heated water cascade. The system
is based on the re-circulation of demineralised water
which falls over the material to be sterilized, as constant
rain. At the same time, the chamber pressure is compensated
preventing the load from losing its shape. Water re-circulation
is carried out by means of a centrifugal stainless steel
pump and it goes through a sanitary Titanium heat exchanger,
where the water is heated by steam, or cooled by cold
water. |

| The system
makes it possible to load and unload the carts automatically,
only by placing a cart at the inlet of the autoclave and
then pressing a key. The cart advances one position inside
the equipment, making room at the inlet for the next cart.
This same operation occurs automatically when the equipment
is unloaded. |

Loading system
consisting of internal and external carts for loading
and carrying the materials to be sterilized in the autoclave.
The internal cart is made of type 316 stainless steel
with lateral runners for trays carrying materials and
lower wheels made of type 316 stainless steel. The external
cart is made of type 304 stainless steel, with four tyred
wheels, two fixed and two spinning. It is fitted with
upper rails made of type 304 stainless steel with leveling
and fixing screws. |
