Depending
on the model, sliding doors can be vertical or horizontal.
They close airtight by means of a pressurized silicone
seal inserted in the autoclave.
Sterilizers can be single or double door. Double door
equipment is fitted with safety systems which prevent
both doors from opening simultaneously. |

The
equipment is fitted with a microprocessed control with
a Touch Screen panel. It can store 99 cycles completely
programmable by means of a password, ensuring absolute
security in the operation.
It has a parallel alarm program which verifies the process
parameters. |

up to 99 cycles in its memory. There are seven programs
with direct access for those cycles more frequently used.
All cycles may be modified according to the requirements
of the processes to perform. |

| Sterilizers
are manufactured to work with plant steam. When there
is no steam available, the equipment can be provided with
its own steam generator. |

| An alphanumerical
printer records all cycle stages and variables. All the
information needed to ensure the correct fulfillment of
the cycle parameters is recorded. |

Loading system
consisting of internal and external carts for loading
and carrying the materials to be sterilized in the autoclave.
The internal cart is made of type 316 stainless steel
with lateral runners for trays carrying materials adjustable
in height and lower wheels made of type 316 stainless
steel. The external cart is made of type 304 stainless
steel, with four tyred wheels, two fixed and two spinning.
It is fitted with upper rails made of type 304 stainless
steel with leveling and fixing screws. |
