Fitted with forced cooling system and absolute air filters.
Chamber and
doors entirely made of type 316 L stainless steel. Chamber
is completely welded rendering it airtight. The whole
is thermally insulated.
Fitted with
an internal side with HEPA filters especially designed
for high temperature. The air that re-circulates during
the process is filtered before being in contact with the
product. The equipment automatically controls the positive
pressure inside the oven.
A system of
HEPA filters filter all the air entering into the oven.
The air exhaust is fitted with an HEPA filter especially
designed for high temperatures, which prevents the material
from being re-contaminated once the depyrogenation cycle
has ended.
The equipment
is fitted with a microprocessed control with Touch Screen
panel. It can store 99 cycles, completely programmable
by means of a password, ensuring absolute security in
the operation. It has a parallel alarm program which verifies
the process parameters.
The system
makes it possible to program the cooling temperature of
the load. Fast cooling is achieved by means of an intercooler
through which cold water circulates.
Before starting
a cycle, the operator may enter the data of the product
to be sterilized so that they are printed in the cycle
graphic record, enabling the correct traceability of the
product.
An alphanumerical
printer records all cycle stages and variables. All the
information needed to ensure the correct fulfillment of
the cycle parameters is recorded.
Barred
carrier type trays with lid, entirely constructed of type
317 stainless steel sheet. The tray has an open side which
closes when the lid is placed, thus enabling an easy process
to unload the material to be sterilized.
Loading system
consisting of internal and external carts for loading
and carrying the materials to be sterilized in the oven.
The internal cart is made of type 316 stainless steel
with lateral runners for trays carrying materials and
lower wheels made of type 316 stainless steel. The external
cart is made of type 304 stainless steel, with four tyred
wheels, two fixed and two spinning. It is fitted with
upper rails made of type 304 stainless steel with leveling
and fixing screws.
Special equipment with chamber capacity
for more than 6.000 liters available upon request.
Documentation: Before
delivery, our equipment is properly certified in our
plant performing the corresponding Factory Acceptance
Test (F.A.T). Once installed, the Site Acceptance Test
(S.A.T) is performed.
Thermal Profiles: All instruments used are traceable to primary patterns to measure the temperature of a process, or to verify control or measuring instruments.
