Specially designed for static drying of granules on trays.
 
   
Chamber and doors entirely made of type 316 L stainless steel. The chamber is completely welded rendering it airtight. The whole is thermally insulated.
The chamber construction makes it possible to wash it after each cycle.
 
 
Dryers are explotion proof in case alcohol is needed to dry granules. Equipments comply with safety norms to avoid an explosion.

 
To obtain an optimum drying, dryers eliminate outside 100% of the air, carrying away the humidity of the load optimizing the process.
   
 
The equipment is fitted with a microprocessed control with Touch Screen panel. It can store 99 cycles, completely programmable by means of a password, ensuring absolute security in the operation. It has a parallel alarm program which verifies the process parameters.
   
Shielded electric elements or heat exchangers heated by steam are used.
 
Depending on the granule type, dryers may be fitted with filters both on the air intake and exhaust. The filters may be low efficiency or absolute type.
     
Before starting a cycle, the operator may enter the data of the product to be sterilized so that they are printed in the cycle graphic record, enabling the correct traceability of the product.
 
An alphanumerical printer records all cycle stages and variables. All the information needed to ensure the correct fulfillment of the cycle parameters is recorded.
     
Loading system consisting of internal and external carts for loading and carrying the materials to be sterilized in the autoclave.
The internal cart is made of type 316 stainless steel with lateral runners for trays carrying materials adjustable in height and lower wheels made of type 316 stainless steel. The external cart is made of type 304 stainless steel, with four tyred wheels, two fixed and two spinning. It is fitted with upper rails made of type 304 stainless steel with leveling and fixing screws.



 
Sanitary trays for granule drying, entirely constructed of type 316 stainless steel sheet sanitary polished. The edges and corners are rounded to avoid material accumulation and to facilitate cleaning.
 
It gets rid of the humidity of the air entering the granulation dryer. It consists of an air cooling system which lowers temperature to 9 degrees (dew point). Once the air passes through this exchanger, it is directed to a second heat exchanger which takes it to the process temperature. The water coolant works with plant iced water.

Special equipment with chamber capacity higher than the ones listed above available upon request.

Documentation: Before delivery, our equipment is properly certified in our plant performing the corresponding Factory Acceptance Test (F.A.T). Once installed, the Site Acceptance Test (S.A.T) is performed.

Thermal Profiles: All instruments used are traceable to primary patterns to measure the temperature of a process, or to verify control or measuring instruments.
