| The generator
is composed by an evaporator shell-and-tube type, and
by a cyclonic droplet separator. Both are entirely constructed
of type 316 L stainless steel sanitary polished inside. |

 The
steam is generated in a heat exchanger shell-and-tube
type, entirely constructed of type 316L stainless steel
sanitary polished. The heat exchanger is DTS (Double Tube
Sheet) type, and is constructed per ASME. |

| The steam
separator consists of a cyclonic filter, which ensures
the absolute purity of the steam. It is fitted with a
helicoidal channel formed by a spiral which accelerates
the steam.The impurities and the condensate are removed
by means of the centrifugal force. |

| Steam generators
may be electrically heated. The heating system sanitary
shielded elements are made of type 316 L stainless steel. |

| Fitted with
a microprocessed control which regulates the automatic
operation of the equipment and it regulates the pure steam
production according to the pure steam consumption required
to the generator. |

| It measures
the conductivity of the pure steam and, if it is not within
the established range, the system sets off an alarm to
eliminate it. |

It is constructed
of type 316 L stainless steel with sanitary polished.
Fitted with absolute filter and automatic level control
system. |
